From vibrant traditions to creative expressions, PANACHE 2026 was a wonderful journey filled with talent, laughter, teamwork, creativity, and unforgettable memories! Day 1 – Ethnic Day & Creative Expressions The celebrations began with the colourful spirit of Ethnic Day, showcasing the rich traditions and cultures of different states. The day also featured exciting Photography, Reel Making, and Antakshari competitions, bringing out the creativity and enthusiasm of our students. Day 2 – Twin Day & Fireless Cooking. added more fun and excitement with Twin Day, followed by the creative and delicious Fireless Cooking Competition. From coordinated looks to culinary creativity, the campus was filled with energy and laughter! The Grand Finale of PANACHE 2026 was a spectacular celebration of talent, creativity, confidence, and team spirit! We were honoured to welcome Ms. Padmini Oak, Singer and Grand Jury Panel Member of SaReGaMaPa, as the Chief Guest, along with Sri. V. Muralidhar, Vice Chairman, and Dr. S. Sathyanarayana, Principal, as Guests of Honour. Our talented judges Manikanta, Pooja Kulkarni, Aanchal Pemmaiah, Chaithra, and Sushmitha added to the excitement by judging the Dance, Singing, and Fashion Show competitions. Resource person: Ms. Bhavana P, Coordinator, Wissen Technology, Bengaluru, and an alumnus of MPBIM. The session aimed to provide students with practical knowledge of the changing insurance landscape and the growing role of digital technologies in the insurance sector. Ms. Bhavana, highlighted the increasing adoption of digital platforms, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and automation to enhance customer convenience, improve risk assessment, streamline policy management, strengthen fraud detection, and facilitate faster claim settlement. The session also explored how digital platforms enable customers to compare policies, purchase insurance, make digital payments, and initiate claims with minimal physical interaction. Emphasis was placed on the development of customer-centric and personalized insurance products, designed around individual needs, preferences, and usage patterns. Ms. Bhavana also underscored the growing importance of cybersecurity and data privacy as digital adoption continues to expand across the insurance industry. The expert talk provided students with valuable insights into emerging opportunities in the insurance sector and highlighted the importance of developing a blend of business, analytical, technological, and customer-management skills. Overall, the session was an enriching learning experience that enabled students to connect their academic knowledge with contemporary industry practices and developments in digital insurance. Faculty Coordinator : Dr. VenkateshItem type: Item , Expert talk on “Managing Stress: From Pressure to Personal Power”(MPBIM, 2026-08-27) Ms. Uma HarinathAs part of its IQAC initiatives, the Rotaract Club of MPBIM, in association with the Rotary E Club of Bengaluru Sakhi, successfully organized an insightful expert talk on “Managing Stress: From Pressure to Personal Power” on August 27, 2026, for the senior and junior batch students. The session was led by Ms. Uma Harinath, Counsellor and Transformational Coach, who offered valuable insights into understanding stress, identifying its impact on personal and professional well-being, and developing effective strategies to manage it. Moving beyond the conventional understanding of stress, the session emphasized self-awareness, emotional well-being, resilience, and practical stress-management techniques. Students were encouraged to reflect on their responses to pressure and explore ways of transforming challenging situations into opportunities for personal growth and greater self-confidence. The interactive and engaging session provided students with practical tools and meaningful perspectives that can be incorporated into their academic, personal, and professional lives. It also highlighted the importance of recognizing stress early, responding to it constructively, and building emotional resilience in an increasingly demanding world. The session served as a valuable reminder that managing stress is not about eliminating pressure, but about developing the awareness, resilience, and confidence to navigate it effectively.
