| dc.description.abstract | Goals are now flexible and adjustable based on market shifts, emerging technologies, and customer needs. In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, goal setting plays a critical role in aligning individual performance with organizational strategy. As corporations experience accelerated growth driven by digital transformation, global expansion, innovation, and agile frameworks, the traditional goal-setting models are being redefined to stay relevant and impactful. There is a shift from individual goals to collaborative goals. In the discussion, it was shared how cross-functional team-based goals foster collaboration across departments. The speaker discussed elaborately on the process of goal setting with examples. He reflected on his corporate journey, highlighting how continuous feedback and agile performance cycles play a vital role in fostering employee development and achieving organizational excellence. | |
