The session aimed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and insights necessary for making informed career decisions and fostering personal growth. Experts emphasized the importance of pursuing one’s passions and selecting careers based on individual skills and interests. They highlighted the significance of networking, personal branding, effective communication skills, financial planning, and conducting a SWOT analysis. The discussions also explored career opportunities in human resources, tourism, law, technology, and entrepreneurship, as well as strategies for business sustainability and ongoing skill development. It provided valuable career guidance, leaving participants with a clearer vision, an enhanced awareness of opportunities, and a keen interest in future workshops.
