HR Symposium March 2025

Abstract

HR Symposium 2025 was held on March 28, 2025, on the theme "Embracing Multigenerational Workforce Through DEI Initiatives” The day began with an address by Principal, Dr. S. Satyanarayana, setting the tone for the symposium. Mr. Nanda Rakanchath, Former CHRO with Tata companies, delivered the Inaugural address and spoke on Leadership Lessons - Enablers & Disruptors, Evolving Role and Expectations from HR, and My Learnings and Reflections. During the Plenary session, Ms Supriya from Pro Tech Savvy, addressed the gathering on the challenges of DEI initiatives and, various interventions that can mitigate the gap between multi generations. Jury for the paper presentation, Ms Lavanya, Strategic Sales Head at Pro Tech Savvy, gave her observations and appreciated students for the presentations. Ms. Vanitha Choudhari, Leadership Coach, Radical Edge Learning Consultants, delivered the Valedictory Speech and spoke on "Bridging Generations, Building Futures: The Power of DEI in a Multigenerational Workforce". The Symposium concluded with prize distribution. The Best Paper Award, was bagged by Ms. Bhavana P and Mr. Jodh Singh, and the Runners-Up was awarded to Ms. Anjanaa V R and Ms. Aneendra Sasindran.
