Abstract

As part of the IQAC initiative and in collaboration with the HR Club AGNITIO, an ‘Expert Talk’ was organized on 01 September 2025, centered on the theme ‘Trends in Global Careers – Opportunities and Challenges’. The session was led by Ms. Rashmi Basavanhalli, a distinguished Executive Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation and Strategy. In her address, Ms.Rashmi offered deep and practical insights into the evolving global career landscape. She spoke on the importance of adaptability in a rapidly changing world, the impact of strategic digital transformation, and the skills required to thrive in a global environment. Her talk was both enlightening and empowering, providing students with clear, actionable perspectives and instilling in them a renewed sense of purpose and confidence as they prepare for their professional journeys.
