Effective communication and Presentation at workplace

Abstract

Vikram Soni,distinguished alumni batch 2009 – 2011, presently Assistant Vice President, cluster head, Commercial payment solution at HDFC Bank. He delivered a session on effective communication which deals with clarity, active listening, empathy, non-verbal cues, confidence adaptability and feedback. He insisted the need for professional appearance, exhibiting positive attitude, demonstrating accountability and adapting to workplace culture. The takeaway’s from the session was how one can become successful at corporate careers.
