| dc.description.abstract | Ms. Rashmee Eshwar, a distinguished alumnus of MPBIM from the 2000–2002 batch, was invited to address the Leadership Forum. A seasoned professional with a two decades of experience, at various IT companies. At present she is a HR leader at N-able Technologies. Day one to Brand One: The transition from Day One on campus to becoming Brand One in the corporate world is a journey of intentional identity-building, continuous learning, and value creation. From the first day of higher education, students begin shaping their professional brand through skills acquisition, ethical conduct, communication, and adaptability, aligning academic knowledge with real-world expectations. Internships, projects, certifications, and collaborative learning experiences act as bridges that translate theory into practice. Ms. Rashmee shared key points about her experience at different levels in corporate during the session on how one can pick up B schools skills sets to enter the corporate environment, and gets strengthened by performance consistency, problem-solving ability, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset. Ultimately, Brand One represents a professional who is not just employable, but reliable, distinctive, and future-ready. Someone whose reputation, competence, and values create sustained impact from campus classrooms to corporate corridors. | |
