Abstract
Mohammed Sohaib, a distinguished alumnus of MPBIM from the 2012–2014 batch, was invited to address the Leadership Forum. A seasoned professional with a decade of experience, at organisations like, Sunny Medical Centre, Giant Leap Leaning Centre and TCS at different levels.
Leadership Architecture refers to the intentional design and alignment of leadership roles, competencies, decision-making structures, and cultural norms that collectively enable an organization to execute its strategy effectively and sustainably.
Mr. Sohaib shared key points and experience during his session on how one can pick up leadership skills and can be successful. He gave lessons on leadership architecture which can enhance adaptability, support inclusion and develop skill-based professions, and reduces overreliance on individual continuously.
Ms. Payal Rajpal shared her experience on how accountability, escalation, and cross-functional coordination, that guided her to leadership mindset. She also outlined about the activities of Guide Runners India.
