Abstract

On July 26th, 2025,HR event- IGNITE, hosted by Agnitio – The HR Club of MPBIM unfolded as a landmark experience for aspiring HR professionals. Designed to engage, elevate, and empower, the event featured three dynamic rounds that tested both intellect and interpersonal acumen. The event encompassed three rounds, and each round was challenging by itself. Round 1: Video Resume Presentation Participants showcased authenticity, creativity, and confidence—proving that HR is as much about personal brand as it is about people strategy. Round 2: Case Study Challenge Faced with real-world HR dilemmas, students exhibited sharp analytical thinking, teamwork, and strategic clarity—skills essential for future-ready professionals. Round 3: Mock Interview Simulation A high-impact round where students were evaluated on articulation, active listening, and their ability to navigate challenging interview scenarios under the guidance of industry experts.
