Abstract

Faculty Seminar Series at MPBIM: Sharing and Learning through Scholarly Engagement As part of our ongoing commitment to academic excellence and faculty development, MPBIM is organizing a Faculty Seminar Series where all faculty members are expected to present either their own scholarly work or a research paper published in a high-quality peer-reviewed journal. The objective of this seminar is to foster a culture of academic inquiry, critical thinking, and collaborative learning. Each session will involve a detailed presentation of the selected paper, followed by a deliberation by fellow faculty members on the strengths and weaknesses of the work. This exchange of perspectives will not only enhance our collective understanding of research methodology, academic rigor, and publication standards but will also offer valuable insights into the nuances of writing and publishing impactful research. This initiative will serve as an enriching platform for knowledge sharing and professional growth.
