Abstract
Transparent communication is a cornerstone of effective organizational management and plays a vital role in fostering trust among employees, leaders, and stakeholders. It involves sharing accurate, timely, and relevant information openly while encouraging honest dialogue and active listening. Organizations that practice transparent communication create an environment where employees feel informed, respected, and valued, leading to stronger relationships and higher organizational commitment. Trust is built when leaders consistently communicate organizational goals, expectations, challenges, and decisions with honesty and integrity. Employees are more likely to trust management when they understand the reasons behind strategic decisions and are given opportunities to express their opinions and concerns.
